Hotel Clariana - San Jose

The hotel was clean and the location was magnificent in the heart of San Jose. Location: the property was adjacent to the SAP Center and plenty of restaurants and bars and bars and night clubs and downtown's nightlife. Thoroughly enjoyed food at Curry Pundits, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

I liked well laid out room in this hotel.

The location was favourable and fantastic, just close to Recreation. The staff were all friendly and amicable.

The staff provided really good service and were always very friendly. The city view from my room was a great highlight and added to the overall ambiance.

The dining options were quite disappointing.

The staff were super attentive. We enjoyed walking to the Children's Discovery Museum and exploring local restaurants. The room felt cozy and clean, and the snacks available were budget-friendly. Just be mindful of the parking lot entrance if you have a low car.

Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work well , frustrating when we needed to stay connected.

The Beautiful King Room was pretty nice. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud, and the room felt clean. I did find it a bit dark and cramped, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. And snacks available in the room was a cool touch, especially at decent prices. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use some updates, like new shower curtains.

Tina at the front desk was awesome and the bed was super comfy in my spacious Deluxe King Room. I loved relaxing by the pool and watching movies in the cozy lounge area. The only small issue was the steep entrance to the parking lot, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

I stayed at another place in san jose before, but clariana surpassed my expectations. The friendly staff, clean room, and budget-friendly snacks made the wedding ceremony more fun.

Wifi didn't work well .

Staying with two couples, we had a blast visiting the Children's Discovery Museum nearby. It was a hit with everyone, especially the interactive exhibits. The hotel was clean and the welcome from the staff was warm.

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast had more variety because it felt limited.

The room was clean and had a great view. The security with keycard access. I appreciated the snacks and drinks in the fridge. They were reasonably priced and super convenient. My favorite part was the modern decor, which gave the place a fresh vibe.

Really good Stay with Attentive Service

After a warm welcome, I settled into my Beautiful King Room, spotlessly clean. The front desk staff provided really good service throughout my one-night stay. Don't miss the charming on-site restaurant-great ambiance and delicious food! A little tip, be cautious with the parking entrance for low-clearance vehicles.

The location, while convenient for access to restaurants, felt a bit off due to the surrounding area having noticeable signs of distress, especially with homeless individuals nearby. Parking charges were unexpectedly inflated at $40 instead of the expected $10 for two cars. While I appreciate a good drink selection in the room, the disappointing bedding situation was unacceptable. It had not been properly serviced, with evident hair on the comforter.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, promptly addressing all my needs. The room was well-kept, with a fresh, clean scent, made it inviting. The location was convenient for accessing local restaurants.

Parking charge was higher than expected.
